REFUND POLICIES

We offer full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website, except for the SMS credit reload, any account registration & setup fees and if you have been traced using any our services for illegal purpose that has been highlighted by MCMC. If you are not satisfied with the product or service that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back with no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product or service in the first 7 days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Please note that in order to comply with our shariah-compliance policy, we do not support or responsible to auto terminate any services that involve in:

  • Production or sale of pork, alcohol-related activities, non-halal food & beverages, tobacco product (including e-cigarettes), drug paraphernalia, pornography, guns, and other arms
  • Gaming & betting

Web Impian Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to reject any refund application if the registration is made for a purpose that contradicts with the conditions set by MCMC and also shariah.

Web Impian Sdn. Bhd. also has the right to block all account access and SMS credit balance (SMS Niaga user) if there are elements that contradicts with the guidelines set by MCMC and shariah.

SMS credits will be charge for all SMS that have been sent out in all status Success, Pending and Failed accordingly base on your total contact upload. SMS Credits that have been used for the purpose to send bulk SMS will not be returned for all statuses whether Success, Pending and Failed and including extra charges that have been deducted by operator if not meet stated requirement.
